How do I register for the Red Ribbon Run?

If I want to run in the Family Fun Run, do I still have to register?
Yes, every parent who is interested in running with their children in the Family Fun Run must register and sign a waiver. During the registration process, you will be asked if you want to participate in the Family Run, click yes and continue until you have registered yourself. Please not that students are automatically a part of the Family Run when they register for their grade level heat.
What is included by registering for the race?
Registered Students in Grades K-8 will receive a free race t-shirt and goody bag. Adults will receive an opportunity to run in the Family Fun Run for $5 and a commemorative t-shirt for an additional $10. T-Shirts are not guaranteed if you register after October 10. Students are more than welcome to check back after the race, if they registered after the deadline.

How do I know that I'm registered?
For the Kids Fun Run Grade Level Heats: You will receive an email from Chronotrack to confirm that you are registered.
For Red Ribbon Challenge: You will receive and email from Runsignup.com

Can only Students in Grades K-8 participate in the Red Ribbon Challenge?
Students in grades K- 8 may register and be eligible to earn a prize. For prize eligibility, you must also complete at least 10 challenges. We encourage students to involve their whole family in helping them with the Challenge activities so that it's healthy fun for everyone!
All age groups are welcome to participate in the Red Ribbon Challenge, however only children in grades K-8 who are registered and complete 10 or more challenges will be eligible to receive a prize. Prizes will NOT be available for adults, older students, or non-registered participants.

Can I only complete the challenges as designated during that particular week?
The challenges presented each week are only a guideline to help you stay on track. You are welcome to complete the weekly challenges in any order or at any time you wish between September 26 and October 22. Participants in grades K-8 should make sure they are registered and strive to complete at least 9 challenge activities before the October 22 deadline in order to be eligible to earn a prize.

When is the deadline to register for the Red Ribbon Challenge?
The last day to register for the Red Ribbon Challenge is October 22, 2022.
The Red Ribbon Challenge begins on September 26, 2022 and ends on October 22, 2022. Only students in grades K-8 who have officially registered will be eligible to earn a prize. You must also complete at least 9 challenges before 10/22/22.
It is important for us to have an accurate count of K-8 participants to ensure that enough prizes are ordered and to make arrangements for distribution of prizes.
We are sorry but prizes will not be available for older students, adults, or non-registered participants.

What precautions are being taken to ensure the safety of families?
We strongly encourage families to wear a mask, especially when you are checking in or inside the Lake Mirror Auditorium.
